I wanted to let you know we just had our first instance of using the WE Care program. The waster toner cartridge was full so the copier on the first floor stopped working. One of my star was shaking it to dump some of the excess to make it work again when, lo and behold, a technician from Commonwealth showed up to replace it, part in hand! How awesome is that! He just left after taking care of the issue. This was all done in the span of less than two hours I was very impressed so I wanted to than you once again for getting us all squared away.
