I wanted to reach out to you regarding your “family” at Commonwealth. I leased our first Konica Minolta through Chris approximately 4 years ago; he sold me then and he sold me now. As much as I adore him, it’s your service guys that truly need the recognition. If and when something would go wrong with our machine and I placed that phone call, one of three gentlemen were here in no time and got us up and running again. These fellows are the main reason I once again signed another 5 year lease for a new machine.
Thank the lord for Siad; he took care of everything yesterday after the delivery of our new Konica. But, I wasn’t surprised.

I wanted to let you know that we just had our first instance of using the We Care program. The waster toner cartridge was full so the copier on the first floor stopped working. One of my staff was shaking it to dump some of this excess to make it work again when, lo and behold, a technician from Commonwealth showed up to replace it, part in hand! How awesome is that!! He just left after taking care of the issue. This was all done in the span of less than two hours. I was very impressed so I wanted to thank you once again to get us all squared away.

- SmartSearch product may be of interest to HSP Direct depending on some technology changes we plan to undergo within the next year

- We actually learned about a couple of capabilities with our current KM copiers we didn’t know about
- I exchanged cards with your managed services guy. I think that sometime over the summer, I’ll be investigating those services with your team.

Commonwealth donated coats to several elementary schools in Loudoun County. Here’s a note from one of them:
I am the principal at Leesburg ES. You had contacted our Parent Liaison on December 8th , on behalf of your company, offering to donate coats to students in need. At first, back on December 13, one coat arrived by mail from JC Penney. We gave it to a boy who did not have a winter coat. But every other day or so a box or bag has arrived in the mail from JC Penney with some of the most beautiful coats for elementary aged kids! We were able to give out a few of the coats before the holiday break.
Today, we were able to outfit 10 students with coats! Some of the boys and girls had outgrown their coats but were still wearing them. Others had only a thick hoodie jacket to wear. Almost every one of them said, “Now, I can play in the snow!” But in reality, now they can walk or ride to school warm and dry in this winter weather each day because of the generosity of you and your company! The smiles from the kids are by far the best part of it all. They were so proud of their coats. The parents we contacted were appreciative as well.
